- Any UG / Post gratuate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in sales and customer service in added advantage.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced enviornment.
- Effective communication skills.
- Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain contact with clients to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base.
- Supervise the activities of sales representatives and team to meet sales target.
- Address issues delivery of goods/services, and update of customer complaints to Sales team.
- Oversee the stocking and inventory of goods to ensure timely supply of order.
- Attend internal meetings like Planification, Quality, and contribute to the good performance of the company.
- Perform administrative tasks of transaction recording, filing, and inventory.
- Assist sales managers in the planning and organization of periodic sales meetings.
- Dress up professionally according to company’s requirements.
- Display and explain company products/services to potential clients to influence purchase.
- Ensure adherence to the work policies, ethics, and regulations of a firm.
